Delete your account and data
This page is available even if you do not have the Android app installed. Sign in to the student account you want to delete. After confirmation, the account, cloud learning progress, active sign-in sessions and private student-to-teacher/support message threads are permanently removed.
Records that may be retained
Completed lesson, payment, safety, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained only where reasonably required for accounting, disputes, safety or legal obligations. They are not kept as an active learning account.
Final confirmation
Teacher or teacher-applicant account?
Teacher accounts are managed separately because lesson, payment and safeguarding records may require administrative review. Request deletion through iSpeak Confidence Support using the email address on your teacher account.
